General Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale Bookings are made subject to the present terms of sale. We suggest that you read them carefully since you will be asked to accept them in order to confirm and guarantee your booking.

Cancellation Terms

In the box below, you will find the amounts you will be charged in case of cancellation.

A link that allows you to cancel your reservation will appear on your confirmation e-mail message. You may also cancel a reservation on line at any time by going back to the "On-line Booking" page and clicking on the "Cancel Reservation" link, then following the instructions displayed on your screen.

If your booking payment includes booking fees, please note that they will not be reimbursed.

We suggest that you cancel your booking as soon as possible after the need to do so arises.

Cancellation Fees

1 - NO SHOW: 100% of the amount for the booking 3 days prior to arrival: the first night, without the extras,
2 - 3 days prior to arrival: the first night, without the extras

Taxes

Rates shown include all taxes and VAT.

Arrival time/Departure time

We suggest that you check in at our reception desk or your apartment no later than the time shown below.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room or apartment no later than the time shown below. You may be charged for an additional night if you fail to observe this departure time.

We recommend that you use the "Additional comments or information" box on the reservation form to specify your estimated time of departure, especially if it is late in the day.

Arrival time (starting at) ---- 4:00 p.m.

Payment and confirmation of your booking

In the box below, you will find the amount that must be paid to confirm and guarantee your booking.

Payments should be made using a Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club, or JCB card via our secure Web pages. Your credit or bank card information will be encrypted using an SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol up to 128 bits. Your credit card data must never be sent over the Internet without being encrypted.

Your account will be charged in the currency shown in the box below.

Any extra items ordered (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates must be paid in person.

Payment and invoicing currency

To confirm your booking, your bank card will be charged for the first night without the options (tax included), plus the booking fees, if applicable.
